Electrician

We are seeking a skilled electrician to join our team and ensure the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, interpreting technical diagrams, and performing preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. This role requires collaboration with engineers, contractors, and junior staff to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency in all electrical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and carry out repairs promptly while adhering to safety protocols.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and wiring schematics to guide installation and repair work.
- Test electrical systems using specialized tools and meters to verify proper operation.
- Install and maintain control systems, switches, circuit breakers, and transformers.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and potential hazards.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies rigorously to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, contractors, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to apprentices or junior electricians to support their development.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical schematics.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing tools and meters.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and provide guidance to junior staff.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs20,000 to Rs59,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated work site.
