Electricians & Plumbers

HRI (Private) Limited is currently seeking skilled Electricians and Plumbers to join the maintenance team for a prominent client in the banking sector based in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the facility. This role requires technically competent individuals who can independently handle routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and urgent repair tasks to maintain high standards of safety and functionality within the premises.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of electrical and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, power failures, wiring issues, water leakages, and drainage blockages.
- Maintain electrical installations including distribution boards, lighting systems, switches, sockets, and related equipment.
- Maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, pipes, valves, taps, washroom fixtures, and sanitary installations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify potential technical issues and conduct preventive maintenance to avoid operational disruptions.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and reported faults.
- Adhere to workplace safety procedures and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum Matriculation; possession of relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in electrical or plumbing maintenance.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical or plumbing systems and components.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve routine maintenance issues.
- Good communication skills, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a maintenance team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with technical certifications or diplomas related to electrical or plumbing trades will be given preference.
