Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to a large number of incoming phone calls, emails and WhatsApp queries.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Manage and maintain commercial and/or other client documentation.
  • Prepare and manage documentation and processes related to tenders/bids, payments follow-up, advances etc.
  • Proactively communicate Internally and Externally over email and messaging platforms.
  • Work as a bridge between sales, finance, technical support, service coordination and other departments
  • Share required documents with the customers, take frequent payment follow-ups, inform customers about their orders status. Handle and Maintain records in ERP 
  • Deal with invoices, customers’ orders, handle PO’s, other relevant queries
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Provide accurate, detailed, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries. Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customer
  • Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference
  • Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
