We are a dynamic product development company specializing in advanced hardware solutions across diverse industries such as industrial automation and consumer electronics. We are seeking a talented Electronics Design Engineer with strong expertise in motor motion systems, conveyor belt electronics, and Arduino-to-Unity integration. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and control systems specifically for motor-driven conveyor and automation applications. Develop Arduino-based control solutions and seamlessly integrate them with Unity to enable real-time monitoring, control, and simulation. Prepare detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring diagrams to support the integration of motors and sensors. Select and configure appropriate motors, drivers, sensors, controllers, and power components to meet specific project requirements. Work closely with the mechanical design team to ensure smooth compatibility between electronic and electromechanical parts. Implement safety features and error detection mechanisms while optimizing system performance for conveyor motion systems. Troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits, firmware, and integration challenges during prototyping and testing phases. Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), specifications, and testing reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of three years of professional experience in motor control systems and industrial automation electronics is essential. Strong hands-on experience with Arduino platforms and sensor integration is necessary. Demonstrated expertise in Arduino-to-Unity integration for simulation and control applications is a must. Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium, KiCad, or Eagle is required. Experience working with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and communication protocols including CAN, RS485, and Modbus is expected. Familiarity with servo and stepper motor control, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial automation electronics is important. Knowledge of relevant safety standards and compliance requirements in motion control systems is also required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with real-time system visualization and data logging techniques is advantageous. Understanding of AC/DC power systems and efficient energy management strategies is a plus.
