Sales Administrator

You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating sales activities at region level. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to ensure the seamless execution of sales operations across.

Responsibilities:

Sales Team Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication, goal alignment, and achievement of sales targets.

Reporting and Target Achievement: Generate daily target reports and monitor progress toward sales targets. Take proactive measures to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Sales Team Tracking: Keep track of sales team members, their attendance, and performance. Implement incentive programs and seek necessary approvals.

Customer Relations: Maintain strong communication with customers, including ledger reconciliation, order confirmation, order tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role, involving coordination with sales teams and customers at region level.
Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in generating and analyzing sales reports.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
