We are an Engineering Company based in Islamabad. Currently we have a vacant position for Front Desk Officer/Receptionist. Main Responsibilities would be:
1- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
2- Greeting and welcoming guests
3-Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
4-Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
5-Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
6-Check, sort and forward emails
7-Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
8-Keep updated records and files
9-Monitor office expenses and costs
10-Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements: *Experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position.
*Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
*Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
*Problem-solving skills.
