As a Driver at Eleven Optical Fiber Cable, you will perform daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness both inside and out, and adhere to safety protocols to safeguard passengers and cargo. You are expected to handle logistical errands and minor administrative tasks as required. This position requires proactive route planning and strong defensive driving skills to navigate traffic and road conditions efficiently. Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently for residential and commercial transportation purposes.
Plan routes in advance using GPS navigation and deep local knowledge to optimize travel time and fuel usage.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, checking oil, water, tire pressure, fuel levels, and other essential maintenance points.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness by ensuring both interior and exterior are spotless.
Follow all safety and compliance requirements, including conducting safety inspections and adhering to traffic laws.
Maintain detailed logbooks and records of trips, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure safety under heavy traffic and adverse conditions.
Exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding all business matters, calls, and schedules encountered during duties.
Manage time proactively to ensure punctuality for all pickups, drop-offs, and scheduled appointments.
Remain flexible and available to cover irregular work hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends as required.
Assist with light logistics tasks such as document delivery, small cargo transport, and minor administrative assignments as needed.
Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
Comply with health and fitness requirements to perform driving duties safely and efficiently.
