Responsibilities

Manage power generation, transmission, and distribution systems to ensure reliable and efficient electrical supply.
Design electrical systems and products using computer-aided design software, focusing on high and low voltage equipment.
Develop and maintain building services, including lighting, heating, ventilation, and lift systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new electrical projects and advancements.
Create detailed project plans, including models, prototypes, and circuit diagrams for complex electrical equipment.
Develop and manage budgets, estimates, and timescales for electrical engineering projects.
Test new and existing installations and systems to verify compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
Oversee inspection and maintenance programs to prolong equipment life and uphold safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems associated with electrical operations.
Use electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools to perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Apply electrical safety standards and workplace safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, to maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to electrical systems and maintenance activities.
Work in diverse environments, adapting to onsite conditions, including working at heights or handling power generating equipment.
Support the integration and management of renewable energy sources within electrical infrastructure.
