The Financial Accountant is responsible for tracking, recording, and analyzing the companys monetary data while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. This role involves building detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly profit-and-loss statements, reconciling bank records and ledgers to prevent errors, producing timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing reports, and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. The individual also collaborates closely with external auditors by providing essential documentation and supports management by reporting key financial indicators that guide strategic decision-making. This position does not include managing a team but requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments and external parties.
