This role demands a deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and internal controls, supported by advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. The Managerial Accountant will play a vital role in overseeing financial reporting and analysis processes to enhance strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. In this leadership position, the Managerial Accountant will manage a team of 10 professionals, coordinating efforts to ensure accuracy and timeliness in month-end closing, variance analysis, management reporting, and inventory control. Proficiency in ERP and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is essential. The position requires strong commitment to maintaining robust internal controls and delivering insightful financial insights that align with the companys goals. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the accounting team of 10 to ensure all financial activities are performed accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and oversee financial reports including management reports, profit and loss statements, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and monitor budgeting and forecasting models to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Conduct cost accounting to analyze and control production costs, ensuring optimal use of resources and profitability.
Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate inventory management and inventory control with financial reporting.
Utilize ERP systems and accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks to streamline accounting operations and data management.
Perform detailed financial analysis and financial modeling to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support audits and regulatory reporting by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance.
Train, mentor, and develop accounting staff to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
