We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Corporate Welfare Officer to support the well-being of employees and contribute to a healthy and inclusive work environment. This role focuses on designing welfare programs, addressing employee concerns, and promoting overall wellness within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee welfare programs and policies.
  • Provide support and resources to employees facing personal or work-related issues.
  • Organize wellness initiatives, workshops, and mental health awareness sessions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for effective welfare service delivery.
  • Monitor and assess employee morale and suggest improvements to enhance well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employee welfare or a related HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of welfare policies, labor laws, and employee support programs.
