We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Corporate Welfare Officer to support the well-being of employees and contribute to a healthy and inclusive work environment. This role focuses on designing welfare programs, addressing employee concerns, and promoting overall wellness within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement employee welfare programs and policies.
Provide support and resources to employees facing personal or work-related issues.
Organize wellness initiatives, workshops, and mental health awareness sessions.
Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for effective welfare service delivery.
Monitor and assess employee morale and suggest improvements to enhance well-being.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in employee welfare or a related HR role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Knowledge of welfare policies, labor laws, and employee support programs.
