We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure that our products meet high standards of quality, safety, and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting materials and products at various stages of production and documenting results to ensure consistency and compliance with standards. efficient support.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Use tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments to check product specifications and tolerances.
- Identify and document defects or non-conformities, and report findings to the Quality Control Manager.
- Ensure that all production processes comply with internal procedures and external regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions when defects are found.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate, diploma or technical training required; certification in Quality Assurance or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing quality control.
- Familiarity with inspection instruments and the ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to detect small defects or deviations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams
