  • Attend calls of customers who are enquiring about products and locations 
  • Attend customer complaints and keeping a record of them along with strong follow up with the management 
  • Respond to Facebook , instagram enquiries on messenger and on page 
  • Respond to customer enquires who are contacting through whatsapp 
  • Respond to all incoming emails 
  • Letter drafting for office work 
  • Timely Reply to customers on different groups on facebook where our company is present
  • Draft SMS for sms marketing of customers of new arrivals and promotions 
  • Drafting news letter for website 

* We need a candidate with good command of english languange
