Ellite Dispatching is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher and Saler to join our team. This role requires managing daily dispatch operations while ensuring excellent customer service and sales support. You will coordinate shipments, process orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. As a key member of the company, you will lead a team of 10 individuals, overseeing their performance and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in dispatching and sales, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software along with transportation management systems. Your ability to solve problems quickly and handle multiple priorities will ensure smooth logistics operations and seamless customer interactions. This role demands a detail-oriented, efficient professional capable of balancing dispatch coordination with sales activities to drive company growth.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule shipments using transportation management systems to ensure timely delivery and optimal routing.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through CRM and logistics software to maintain order flow.
Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships by providing prompt support and resolving inquiries or issues.
Lead and supervise a team of 10 members to ensure high team performance, effective communication, and collaboration.
Monitor transportation activities to anticipate and resolve delays, obstacles, or shipment discrepancies.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to develop and implement strategies that increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Utilize CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to track customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-ups.
Analyze dispatch and sales data to identify trends, improve processes, and recommend operational enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and transportation laws during all logistics operations.
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, provide coaching, and address challenges.
