TRUCK Dispaching as a Saler and Dispatcher

Ellite Dispatching is seeking a dedicated and experienced Truck Dispatcher who will also take on sales responsibilities. This role requires managing the coordination of freight loads while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in load planning, freight negotiation, and dispatch coordination. You will lead a team of 10 individuals, ensuring efficient transportation operations and excellent service delivery. Strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role, as you will be frequently interacting with clients and drivers.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily dispatch operations by assigning and scheduling freight loads to appropriate carriers, ensuring timely deliveries and efficient use of transportation resources. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, negotiating freight rates, and providing excellent service. Lead and manage a team of 10 dispatchers and sales personnel, providing guidance, training, and support to meet performance goals.

Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and customers to resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and other issues affecting load delivery. Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments, manage freight documentation, and optimize load planning. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities, manage contracts, and meet sales targets.
