Female Stitching Master

Elvante is seeking a skilled Female Stitching Master with at least 2 years of experience to lead and manage a team of 5 individuals in the uniform garment business. This role requires expertise in garment construction, sewing techniques, pattern making, and cutting to ensure high-quality production that meets company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on efficiency and precision in stitching, with the ability to oversee the garment construction workflow while maintaining productivity and quality control. The Female Stitching Master plays a critical role in supervising the stitching team to achieve production targets by providing guidance and hands-on support. The candidate must be proficient in unit per silai (stitching unit) knowledge to optimize processes and contribute to uniform design and manufacturing. This position demands strong leadership skills to coordinate workflow, manage deadlines, and collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements consistently.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 5 stitching personnel to ensure smooth and efficient garment production.
Apply expert knowledge in sewing techniques to oversee the construction of uniforms meeting quality standards.
Coordinate and monitor the garment construction workflow to achieve targeted unit output per silai.
Perform pattern making and cutting tasks, guiding the team to maintain precision and quality in fabric handling.
Train team members on garment construction best practices and new sewing techniques to enhance skills and productivity.
Inspect finished garments to ensure adherence to design specifications and uniform quality guidelines.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and orderly operations.
Implement quality control checks throughout the stitching process to minimize defects and rework.
Manage production schedules and assign tasks to meet customer delivery deadlines consistently.
