Classic Programmers is seeking an Email Marketing and Cold Outreach Specialist who excels at landing emails in the inbox and generating meaningful responses. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cold email campaigns targeting potential clients to generate qualified leads.
- Craft sharp, personalized email sequences and follow-ups designed to maximize response rates.
- Manage email newsletters and nurture campaigns to maintain ongoing engagement with prospects.
- Oversee list building, email warm-up processes, deliverability, and monitor domain health to ensure optimal campaign performance.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates, continuously optimizing campaigns for better results.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with cold outreach and email marketing platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Strong English writing skills with the ability to persuade and engage recipients effectively.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability concepts, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols, and best practices to avoid spam filters.
- Experience in B2B or IT services lead generation is highly advantageous.
