Email Marketing - Lead Generation

We are looking for a motivated Email Marketing - Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Lahore. This role focuses on researching and identifying potential clients, managing prospect data, and executing targeted email outreach campaigns to convert prospects into qualified leads. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and international business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential prospects aligned with the target market using online tools, directories, and LinkedIn.
- Find and verify accurate contact information, including decision-maker names, job titles, and email addresses.
- Build and maintain organized prospect databases in Excel, ensuring records are clean, updated, and free of duplicates.
- Send personalized outreach emails to prospects with the goal of generating qualified leads.
- Consistently follow up with prospects, tracking responses, replies, and levels of interest.
- Record campaign activities and results in Excel, providing regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with the team to hand over interested leads for further follow-up.
- Meet daily and weekly targets related to research, emails sent, and leads generated.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Comfortable with internet research and quick to learn new tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to work towards targets.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Ability to work on-site in Gulberg 3, Lahore.

- One year of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or prospect research is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Competitive salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 35,000 per month.
