Email Marketing Specialist

Z TECH WORX is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage email campaigns, maintain email lists, implement automation workflows, and improve campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
Manage email lists, segmentation, and database cleansing.
Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows.
Write engaging email copy and subject lines.
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analyze campaign data and implement improvements.
Manage email outreach schedules and follow-up sequences.
Maintain email deliverability and follow email marketing best practices.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results.
Research target audiences and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in email marketing or a relevant field.
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
Knowledge of email list management, segmentation, and database hygiene.
Strong email copywriting and communication skills.
Understanding of email deliverability, campaign analytics, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with A/B testing and email campaign optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
