Key Responsibilities
- Convert logos, artwork, and custom designs into embroidery-ready digital files using industry-standard digitizing software.
- Analyze artwork to determine suitable stitch types, densities, and underlay while optimizing designs for different fabrics and garment types.
- Produce and evaluate test samples, making necessary adjustments to improve embroidery quality.
- Collaborate with production staff to ensure digitized designs are machine-ready and efficient for production.
- Maintain organized design libraries and ensure all files comply with client specifications and deadlines.
- Support ongoing improvements in digitizing standards and processes to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with embroidery digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, or similar platforms, with a solid understanding of stitch types, densities, and pathing.
- Ability to interpret and refine artwork, including logos and complex graphics, for embroidery applications across various fabrics and garment types.
- Experience working alongside embroidery machines and production teams to test, troubleshoot, and adjust digitized files for optimal results.
- Excellent attention to detail, color accuracy, and quality control skills to ensure clean, professional, and consistent embroidery outputs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to follow client instructions and meet project deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and file management skills; familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in embroidery digitizing or textile/garment production is highly preferred.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in embroidery digitizing or related fields is considered a plus.
