Key Responsibilities
- Convert logos, artwork, and designs into clean, production-ready embroidery files using digitizing software.
- Create and adjust embroidery designs by selecting appropriate stitch types, densities, and underlay settings tailored to different fabrics.
- Prepare and organize design files for embroidery machines, ensuring accuracy and readiness for production.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to review and revise designs as needed.
- Test embroidery designs to verify quality and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the digitizing or production process.
- Maintain organized records of all design files and revisions.
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Continuously improve digitizing techniques and stay updated with new embroidery technologies and methods.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software, particularly Wilcom or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of stitch types, densities, underlay, and various embroidery techniques.
- Ability to accurately convert artwork and logos into high-quality embroidery files suitable for production.
- Knowledge of different fabrics, threads, and backing materials, including how these factors influence embroidery outcomes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct design flaws before production.
