EMBPUNCH, a reputable embroidery digitizing company with a global client base, is seeking experienced Embroidery Digitizers at Level 3 and Level 4 to join our team at the North Karachi office. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in handling complex embroidery designs with precision and maintaining high production standards. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability for the night shift, offering a stable work environment within a professional and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize complex embroidery designs including logos, jackets, caps, patches, appliqué, and 3D Puff with high accuracy.
- Apply expert knowledge of stitch types, density, underlay, pull compensation, trims, sequencing, and production-friendly digitizing techniques.
- Ensure all digitized designs meet quality standards and are optimized for efficient production.
- Manage multiple projects independently while adhering to turnaround times.
- Collaborate with the production team to resolve any design-related issues and improve workflow.
- Maintain consistent communication regarding project status during the night shift hours.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional embroidery digitizing experience.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Level 3 or Level 4 embroidery digitizer.
- Proficient in handling detailed and complex embroidery work such as patches, appliqué, and 3D Puff designs.
- Strong understanding of embroidery production processes including stitch types, density, underlay, pull compensation, trims, and sequencing.
- Experience with Wilcom embroidery software is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
- Availability to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Must be able to commute to the North Karachi office as this is an on-site role.
