Embroidery Digitizer (Wilcom)

QualityCare Digitizing is seeking a talented and experienced Embroidery Digitizer proficient in Wilcom Embroidery Studio to join our production team. This full-time, on-site position is based in North Karachi, Karachi, and operates during the night shift from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, production-ready embroidery files that meet client specifications and maintain the company’s standards for precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Create professional embroidery designs using Wilcom Embroidery Studio software.
- Convert logos and artwork into embroidery-ready files suitable for production.
- Ensure proper stitch density, underlay, pull compensation, and stitch direction to optimize design quality.
- Edit and optimize embroidery designs based on client requirements and feedback.
- Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Review and verify designs to ensure they are production-ready and free of errors.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience working with Wilcom Embroidery Studio.
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, stitch types, and the digitizing process.
- Ability to handle a variety of logos and embroidery design styles with precision.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Work Location and Hours
This role requires on-site presence at our North Karachi facility. The working hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, aligning with the night shift schedule.

Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs900,000, depending on experience and skill level.
