EMBROIDERY STAFF WANTED -Puncture / Trace Operator & Machine Operators

A well-established embroidery manufacturing unit located in Lahore DHA is seeking experienced professionals to join their team in two key roles. The company specializes in multihead embroidery machines and is looking for skilled individuals who can contribute to maintaining high-quality production standards. Candidates will be expected to work on 12-hour shifts and be available for on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

For the Puncture / Trace Operator role, responsibilities include design tracing, puncture setting, configuring color sequences, and ensuring the smooth operation of 8-head multihead embroidery machines such as Dahao, Tajima, or Barudan systems. The operator will handle digitizing and trace settings to prepare designs for production.

Machine Operators will be responsible for operating the embroidery machines, threading needles, hooping or framing fabric accurately, and maintaining quality control throughout the production process. Ensuring consistent output and machine upkeep during runs is essential.

Required Qualifications

The Puncture / Trace Operator must have hands-on experience with puncture, digitizing, and trace settings specifically for 8-head multihead embroidery machines. Familiarity with Dahao, Tajima, or Barudan systems is required.

Machine Operator candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience operating 8-head embroidery machines, demonstrating proficiency in machine handling and fabric preparation.

The salary for the Puncture / Trace Operator position is PKR 100,000 per month, while Machine Operators can expect a salary of PKR 60,000 per month. The work location is in Lahore DHA, and the roles require in-person attendance during 12-hour shifts.
