- To check flame condition of all kilns.
- To check kiln/dryer cars charging and discharging.
- To control kilns according to their standard firing curves.
- To arrange & supervise maintenance of machinery.
- To control dryers for product drying.
- To trouble shoot drying and firing related problems.
- To plot the temperature profile/curve of all tunnel kilns on a daily basis when in Morning Shift.
- To submit Daily Absentee Report to Time Office twice a day.
- To allocate jobs to workers as per their skills.
- To check daily shift report.
- To ensure the safety of workers.
- To report abnormalities to In-charge.
- To keep the Section/Department clean & orderly.
- To arrange calibration of inspection, measurement and test equipment on time.
- To implement safety instructions.
- To implement and maintain the Quality Management System.
