Emirates Logistics C Shine Group is seeking an experienced Pest Control Officer to support our warehouse operations. This role suits a professional with 10 years of experience who specializes in Integrated Pest Management and inventory oversight within a warehouse environment. The successful candidate is responsible for implementing effective pest control measures to maintain a safe and clean storage space, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This position does not require managing a team but demands strong coordination skills and the ability to operate independently. The Pest Control Officer will also be required to utilize ERP systems for dispatch picking and inventory processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of pest control activities and warehouse stock. This role requires diligence, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of pest management techniques and warehouse inventory protocols to support Emirates Logistics C Shine Group in maintaining optimal operational standards.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies tailored to the warehouse environment to prevent and control pest infestations.
Conduct regular inspections of warehouse premises, storage areas, and inventory to identify pest activity and potential risks.
Execute pest control treatments and monitor their effectiveness to ensure continuous protection of goods and facilities.
Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, inventory of pest control materials, and report findings using ERP systems.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to schedule pest control procedures minimizing disruption to warehouse operations.
Manage inventory control by tracking stock levels, performing picking and dispatch tasks using ERP software to maintain up-to-date records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety standards, and relevant legal requirements related to pest control and warehouse management.
Identify potential improvements in pest control procedures and warehouse management processes and provide recommendations to management.
Respond promptly to pest-related incidents and handle emergency measures to mitigate risks to stock and operations.
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by following established protocols and promoting best practices in pest prevention.
