EMIS Private Ltd based in Islamabad is looking to recruit a number of individuals for Help Desk / Customer support.
Requirements:
- Females required for UK based calling help desk
- Timings: 03:00pm - 11:00pm (Monday-Saturday)
- Comfortable environment
- Degree: A graduate degree/a high school degree is must.
- Should be very good in spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi task
Responsibilities:
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
