Student Counselor

In addition to direct student counseling, this role includes managing a team of 10 counselors, ensuring they deliver top-quality guidance and support. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and financial considerations.
Provide accurate and detailed information on study abroad opportunities, admission requirements, and visa procedures.
Develop personalized study plans and recommend suitable institutions and courses aligned with each student's goals.
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective students to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Utilize MS Office, email, social media platforms, and online research tools to support student counseling and outreach efforts.
Lead and manage a team of 10 counselors, overseeing their daily activities, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
Create and implement strategies to improve counseling effectiveness and increase student enrollment rates.
Collaborate with administrative and marketing teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and promote services.
Handle crisis intervention sensitively when students face challenges during their counseling or admission processes.
Promote a student-centric environment by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and reflective communication during all interactions.
Ensure all counseling activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards related to education consulting.
Monitor trends in study abroad markets and admissions to keep the team well-informed and competitive.
