Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage both incoming and outgoing calls
- Evaluate and address customer needs to ensure their satisfaction
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with customers

- Handle a substantial volume of inbound and outbound calls

Requirements & Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfort with technology and a rapid learning curve for new systems
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting circumstances and priorities
Work Mode:
- Office-based work.
Shift Time:
- Preferred UK Timings: 12:00 p.m. – 09:00 p.m. / 01:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. / 02:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. PST
