We are looking for an IT Specialist/officer. If you are passionate about delivering excellent IT Support skills and have the necessary qualifications, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, CCTV, NVR, and other IT equipment.
- Software Installation: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
- Work with the team to ensure security of all VOIP devices and servers, Provide support for VOIP telephone systems. Including softphones and PBX.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Teams Administration, and Office 365 Administration.
- Help maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and LAN setups.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent IT-related Support.
- CCNA, MCSA, and CompTIA training certifications are preferred.
