This is an exceptional job opportunity to join a leading UK owned language services company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building maximum and beneficial connection list of interpreters on LinkedIn. The incumbent will be responsible for dealing chat queries from interested translators and interpreters on behalf of the company.
- Focus on potential candidates (interpreters) on LinkedIn as per the language requirement/demand
- Search and build a pool of candidates on the LinkedIn to make connections
- Advertise job positions as per hiring needs
- Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Attract candidates towards the company and obtain resumes & pass onto Linguist Recruiters
- Build database of potential interpreters and reach out to them professionally via LinkedIn
- Use social media graphics and videos, design posts related to required languages on the LinkedIn
- Invite interpreters to like/follow our company page
- Collaborate with Recruiters and determine position prerequisites and recruitment strategies

Qualification/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or 6m-1yr experience in any field.
- Excellent English written & communication skills
