Job Description


  • Perform data entry related tasks such as sorting, proofing, updating, and labelling of files.
  • Input different data into sheets.
  • Possess great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Prepares, compiles, and sorts of documents for data entry.
  • Verifies and logs receipt of data.
  • Transfers information from paper formats into computer files
  • Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Maintains a filing system and protects confidential information.
  • Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, scanner, etc.)
  • Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.
  • Basic Administrative assistant tasks,
  • Completes additional assigned tasks as required.


  •   Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
  •   At least 1-2 years of related working experience
  •   Can manage multiple assignments at once.
  •   Has great attention to details and take instructions accurately.
  •   Available to start immediately.
