Employee Services Manager - Kabirwala Factory

Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a Facilities Manager to join its team at the Kabirwala Factory. This role is essential in creating a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace that supports employees, visitors, and business stakeholders. The Facilities Manager will oversee various aspects including facilities operations, property administration, fleet management, workplace services, and employee amenities. Working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and leadership, the role aims to drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all workplace services.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the smooth delivery of workplace and employee services, ensuring a safe and engaging environment at the Kabirwala Factory.
- Manage facilities operations, property management, vehicle fleet administration, and workplace services such as office facilities, expatriate residences, lease agreements, utilities, and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, governance standards, and safety regulations across all managed services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors to maintain high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.
- Lead initiatives focused on workplace improvements, budget management, event support, housekeeping, safety programs, and service standardization.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and enhance service delivery while fostering strong relationships with all stakeholders to support a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications

- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management, administration, customer service, or project management.
- Strong expertise in facilities operations, property management, fleet administration, and vendor management.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships and manage diverse stakeholders and service providers effectively.
- Demonstrated skills in project management, problem-solving, decision-making, and budget oversight.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities with the capacity to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional workplace experiences through operational excellence and customer focus.
- Leadership capabilities to coach, develop, and inspire teams while driving accountability and results.
- Sound knowledge of safety, compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
