Employee Training Manager

MARS BPO is looking for a dedicated Employee Training Manager who is passionate about fostering employee development, coaching, and enhancing overall performance. This role focuses on leading and managing comprehensive training programs that build a skilled, motivated, and productive workforce. The successful candidate will design onboarding processes, identify training needs, and continuously improve employee capabilities in alignment with the company’s strategic goals. This position operates on a night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage training programs tailored for both new hires and existing employees to ensure continuous skill development. Design and implement effective onboarding processes as well as ongoing employee development initiatives. Analyze employee performance data and business requirements to identify training needs and address skill gaps. Lead, coach, and mentor the training team to maintain high standards of training delivery. Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs that align with organizational objectives. Create comprehensive training materials, presentations, assessments, and other learning resources to support various training activities. Monitor employee performance before and after training interventions to evaluate effectiveness. Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Quality teams to identify performance gaps and develop targeted coaching plans. Develop and implement improvement strategies aimed at boosting employee productivity. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training attendance, assessment results, and overall program effectiveness. Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training activities and outcomes. Continuously refine training strategies to support employee growth and meet evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in roles such as Employee Training Manager, Training Manager, or Learning & Development Manager. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach and develop others effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences. Deep understanding of employee development principles and training methodologies. Ability to identify performance gaps and design impactful training solutions. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities. Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant training software/tools. Willingness and ability to work the specified night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is highly preferred, providing familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of such settings. The role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000, reflecting experience and performance.
