The Employment Consultant position is a full-time, on-site role based in Chitrāl. This role involves working directly with job seekers to evaluate their profiles, offer career guidance, and assist them in identifying suitable employment opportunities locally, nationally, and overseas. The consultant will conduct intake interviews, develop personalized employment plans, coach clients on job search techniques, and help prepare CVs and interview skills. Additionally, the consultant will coordinate with employers and partner organizations, maintain detailed case records, and monitor client progress toward employment and training objectives. Outreach activities, workshops, and information sessions to promote EPR services and expand access to career support are also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews and assess client profiles to understand their employment needs and goals.
- Develop individualized employment plans tailored to each client’s skills and aspirations.
- Provide coaching on job search strategies, application processes, CV preparation, and interview readiness.
- Accompany clients during interviews, appointments, and administrative procedures related to employment.
- Coordinate with employers and partner organizations to identify and facilitate job opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, reports, and client files.
- Track client progress and provide follow-up support to ensure successful employment outcomes.
- Participate in outreach events, workshops, and information sessions to raise awareness about EPR’s services.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while adhering to ethical and non-discriminatory practices.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in job coaching and job search strategies to effectively guide clients through recruitment processes.
- Experience in career counseling and case management, including developing tailored employment plans and monitoring client progress.
- Ability to provide accompaniment and in-person support during interviews and related appointments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage inclusively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation and client records.
- Basic proficiency with office software and online job platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Chitrāl and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Educational background in social sciences, human resources, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
