Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative problem-solving skills to address inclusivity challenges, encouraging team involvement and fostering a sense of contribution among members.
- Practice inclusive leadership by promoting collaboration and empathy, especially among employees who may not share the same physical workspace.
- Engage in mentorship by guiding less-experienced managers through leadership development within the organization.
- Manage conflict resolution effectively, viewing conflicts as opportunities for growth within a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Build and maintain trust within teams to enhance collaboration and synergy across diverse groups.
- Enhance digital literacy by integrating inclusive digital products that empower participants economically.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 to 12 years of management experience.
- Commitment to participating in a fully residential programme scheduled from November 17th to 20th, 2026.
- Availability to check in by 1:00 PM on November 17th to attend the opening session at 2:00 PM.
- Willingness to engage actively in all programme activities, including training sessions, simulations, case studies, and networking events.
