The HR Intern will provide administrative support to the HR Team.
He or She will be responsible for the following:
- Posting job advertisements to job portals and social media platforms
- Screening candidate resumes to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Coordinating new employee orientation and on-boarding
- Updating and maintaining internal databases with employee information
- Assisting in the planning of company events
- Preparing Word, Excel & Powerpoint documents
- Making meeting & travel arrangements
