We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector to join our Loss Adjusting team based in Karachi DHA Phase 5. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in loss adjusting, claims assessment, engineering inspections, or surveying. This role involves conducting detailed site surveys and evaluating the cause and extent of losses related to machinery, equipment, engineering systems, and property. The position requires excellent analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to investigate the cause and extent of losses.
- Assess damage to machinery, equipment, engineering systems, and property.
- Review technical reports, repair estimates, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare detailed survey and loss assessment reports.
- Coordinate with insurers, insured parties, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Evaluate repair and replacement costs, depreciation, and salvage values.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, specifically in loss adjusting, claims assessment, or engineering surveys.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to prepare comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel for site surveys and inspections as required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Candidates with prior experience in loss adjusting or claims assessment will be given preference.
- The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 120,000.
- The role is based on-site, requiring reliable commuting or relocation to Karachi DHA Phase 5 before starting work.
