· Provide E&I technical support for Compact line, Absorption Chiller, Fluid bed dryer, Barcode labelling, BFS machine, Auto Clave, sterilization, and other pharmaceutical production equipment, as applicable.

· Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults in machine automation, interlocks, alarms, and control sequences.

· Identify recurring faults, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize machine downtime.

· Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules & execute for electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems.

· Identify critical E&I spare parts and recommend procurement to ensure equipment availability.

· Support equipment qualification, Software uploading, commissioning, and maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures.

· Prepare small software for equipment, programming of VFDs, Servo drive etc.

· Review equipment performance trends and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.

3. Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor's degree or DAE in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering, according to the approved position requirements.

· Relevant 08-years’ experience in electronic, instrumentation, and automation systems for pharmaceutical production and packaging machinery.

· Practical knowledge Hardware & software of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, transmitters, encoder, controllers, and industrial electrical systems.
