We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in architectural products and aluminium façade systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in designing new products, enhancing existing ones, and customizing solutions to meet client requirements. This role is based in Bangalore and offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative product development within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new architectural products and aluminium façade systems.
- Implement product improvements based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Customize products to meet specific client needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure product feasibility and quality.
- Support the product lifecycle from concept through to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and technologies relevant to architectural products.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Alternatively, candidates with an MBA in Marketing combined with relevant technical experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems, with a proven track record in product design and customization.
