Engineer ROI specializes in business systems integration, which means that we write custom software to make companies run more efficiently. Your job as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to call corporate IT departments to set qualified appointments for me, the owner.

Work in the best area of Islamabad - the Blue Area - off of Jinnah Avenue. Your office window is Margala-facing with only 1-2 other colleagues in the office (i.e., there are colleagues to talk to, but the office is still relatively quiet).
This SDR role is tailored for sales people that are motivated by income. Starting pay is PKR 420 per hour (approximately PKR 70,000 per month) that you are productively working.
Additionally, you will earn a $100 bonus for every “qualified opportunity”. A qualified opportunity means that you set an appointment for the owner and that the conversation was relevant to the target company.
I realistically expect you to set 2-5 qualified opportunities per month, which means you are expected to earn at least an extra $200 per month in bonus.
Are you a top 1% sales representative? If so, you could earn a total of $950 per month ($450/month in hourly pay and $500/month in bonus).
I also believe that it’s important that you believe in what the company’s product. We genuinely make our customers’ businesses better by improving how they operate internally. Their employees are happier because the annoying parts of their job go away. Their costs go down because it takes fewer employees to manage the business. All this is a long way of saying that we help our customers.
Your entire day will be spent using the phone, Pipedrive CRM and Lead 411 contacting prospective customers across the United States. You will follow our designated sales cycle to help crank out numbers so that the company can identify companies that are a great fit for our service.
When you have no tasks assigned (ie, it’s your first day), you will start in Lead 411 by running searches of companies that meet our demographic requirements. The system is integrated so that you can automatically push relevant contacts into Pipedrive and start the outbound sales process.
The sales process involves 9 points of contact (“touches”) by phone and email. It’s your job to send an email on day 1, attempt to reach a contact by phone on day 2, etc.
Sales is a numbers game. The more targets that you put into the system and follow the 9 touch system, the more qualified opportunities that you will earn (and bonus!).
While you probably find money motivating, you will need to have a strong inner drive to do this job successfully. The reality of an SDR role is that you are paid to grind out numbers. You’re the kind of person that needs to be able to set a reasonable schedule and pace so that you can meet quota without burning yourself out.
Because our customers are within the central United States, your working hours will be from 5 pm until 2 am (7 am to 4 pm Texas time).
You must have at least one year of prior sales experience. Whether or not that role was inside or outside sales is not important to me - I only care about you having some sales experience so that I know you understand the day-to-day realities of working in sales.
