AIM
To prepare factory layouts on AutoCAD for 3 plants of Dawlance (DPL1, DPL2 and URIL) as-built layout and addition of new equipment & civil structure as a result of new Project or improvement.
To prepare 2D and 3D drawings of material handling equipment (Racks, bins and trolleys) for sheet metal, plastic and EPS parts.
Improvement in material handling and logistics of all 3 factories.
RESPONSIBILITY
• To prepare as-built factory layouts & manage layouts with respect to any changes and publishing updates with respect to change in layouts with factory team.
• To update factory existing layouts as a result of changes in the plant (new Project or improvement).
• Go to floor for taking measurements of existing facilities and measurements for new facilities addition.
• 2D and 3D drawings preparation of material handling equipment (Racks, bins and trolleys) for sheet metal, plastic and EPS parts.
• Mark electric lines and DBs in the layout.
• Mark/update gas & water piping in the layout.
• Mark/update fire hydrants & fire fighting system in the layout.
• Work on new equipment commissioning projects and productivity improvement projects.
