We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable English instructor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons on English language, grammar, and literature, while fostering a supportive learning environment. This role involves both teaching and mentoring students, assessing their progress, and contributing to curriculum development. The position is full-time, with working hours from 1 PM to 9 PM, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Instruction: Develop and deliver comprehensive course content through lectures, seminars, and multimedia lessons focused on English language, grammar, and literature. Ensure that lessons are clear, engaging, and tailored to meet diverse student needs.

Student Assessment: Design, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams. Provide timely and constructive academic feedback to help students improve their understanding and performance.

Student Mentoring: Maintain regular office hours to advise students on academic progress and career planning. Support students with diverse learning styles and needs to promote their overall success.

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to create and update course outlines and syllabi. Integrate digital learning tools to enhance the educational experience and keep the curriculum current.

Required Qualifications

A Master’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching.

Compensation and Work Details

The salary range for this position is Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 per month. The work schedule is from 1 PM to 9 PM, and the role requires physical presence at the workplace.
