English + French Urdu Freelance Remote Interpreter

We are urgently seeking fluent multilingual interpreters proficient in English, French, and Urdu to join our team as freelance remote interpreters. This role involves providing Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI) and Video Remote Interpretation (VRI) services. No prior interpreting experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. If you possess strong language skills and a professional demeanor, this opportunity allows you to play a vital role in bridging communication gaps in critical moments across various settings.

Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate, real-time consecutive interpretation between English and Urdu, as well as French and Urdu. Facilitate clear and effective communication in high-stakes environments such as healthcare and legal sectors. Uphold strict confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism at all times. Manage your own schedule independently and reliably log in to handle interpretation calls as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Native or near-native fluency in English, French, and Urdu is essential. Strong active listening skills, cultural sensitivity, and emotional resilience are required to handle diverse and sometimes challenging situations. While prior interpreting experience is a plus, beginners with the right language skills and attitude are encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. A dedicated computer, high-speed internet connection (preferably wired for VRI), and a noise-canceling USB headset are necessary to perform the job effectively.
