We are looking for a dedicated professional to support the production of high-quality English titles within our publishing team. This role requires close collaboration with international authors and strict adherence to project briefs to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The successful candidate will manage projects from start to finish, including developing frameworks, conducting manuscript quality checks, and coordinating with authors, designers, and regulatory bodies. Attention to detail in proofreading, editing, plagiarism checks, and maintaining consistency in style and grammar is essential to uphold the quality standards of our publications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet project briefs and deadlines.
- Collaborate with authors and internal teams to develop structured frameworks for English titles.
- Perform thorough proofreading and editing to guarantee content accuracy and quality.
- Conduct plagiarism checks to ensure originality and maintain content integrity.
- Coordinate effectively with international authors, designers, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Maintain consistency in style, grammar, and overall presentation throughout the content.
- Uphold high standards of quality control during all stages of the production process.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundational education complemented by a relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of experience teaching English at the primary or middle school level.
- Excellent command of the English language with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills to manage digital workflows and communication efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven skills in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Master’s degree is preferred and considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in publishing, particularly in editing, proofreading, and content development, is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 120,000.
