English Language Instructor - Project based

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging English language lessons following the Berlitz Methodology.
- Create a supportive and interactive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation.
- Communicate effectively with students to build their confidence in spoken and written English.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm throughout the teaching schedule.
- Collaborate with the Berlitz team to ensure consistent quality and adherence to project goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence and professionalism in engaging with students.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn Berlitz’s teaching methodology.
- Completion of 16 years of education (equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or higher).
- Enjoyment of teaching and working with students to foster a productive learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comprehensive training will be provided in the Berlitz Methodology to equip instructors with the necessary tools and techniques.
- This is a full-time, project-based position lasting 5 months, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
