English Language Instructor ( Project Based)

Berlitz Pakistan is seeking enthusiastic and confident English Language Instructors to join our team in Sahiwal, Multan, Faisalabad, and Lahore. As part of a globally recognized language training organization, Berlitz offers an immersive and practical teaching methodology designed to help learners build real-world communication skills and confidence. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive English language lessons following the Berlitz Methodology.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with students to assess their progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions with students and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality and adherence to project timelines.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence and professionalism in a teaching role.
- A genuine interest in working with students and facilitating their language development.
- Completion of 16 years of education is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Comprehensive training on the Berlitz Methodology will be provided to all selected candidates.
- This is a full-time, project-based position with a one-year contract and a project duration of five months.
- Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the specified locations.
