The College of Tourism & Hotel Management (COTHM) at the New Garden Town Campus is seeking a dedicated and qualified Trainer specializing in English Language and Personality Development to join its academic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging training sessions focused on English language skills and personality development.
- Enhance students’ communication abilities, confidence, and professional behavior through tailored coaching.
- Develop and prepare relevant training materials and interactive activities to support learning objectives.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Capability to train students in personality development, communication skills, and professional grooming.
- Relevant academic qualification in English, Communication, or a related field.
