English Speech Coordinator

We are looking for a confident and articulate English speaker to join our Performing Arts Department. This role primarily involves delivering speeches, narrations, and announcements in English during various performing arts programs, stage productions, and cultural activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of events by providing clear and expressive communication on stage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver narrations, announcements, and host events during performing arts functions.
- Speak fluently and confidently in English to support plays, skits, and cultural programs.
- Ensure communication is clear, accurate, and expressive to assist the Performing Arts team effectively.
- Rehearse scripts and dialogues to guarantee smooth and professional delivery.
- Maintain a strong stage presence with confidence and clarity while speaking.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent command of spoken English, with clear pronunciation and fluency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable and confident addressing large audiences.
- Ability to collaborate well with performing arts teams.
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft speeches on a variety of topics.
- Good knowledge of speeches, debates, and Model United Nations (MUN).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior experience in public speaking is preferred.
- Previous debating experience at the school or college level will be an advantage.
- This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs85,000.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
