English Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join our team, responsible for instructing both senior and primary classes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and skilled in creating an engaging learning environment. This role involves preparing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and supporting students’ academic progress while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and deliver classroom lectures and coursework tailored to different age groups.
- Prepare educational materials and engaging activities to enhance learning.
- Assign homework and exercises that reinforce language skills.
- Identify students with special needs and develop individualized learning plans.
- Evaluate exams and assignments, providing accurate grading.
- Offer constructive feedback based on student performance and classroom behavior.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance and academic progress.
- Research and implement innovative language teaching methods.
- Manage classroom dynamics, resolve conflicts, and handle crises effectively.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their children’s performance and development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administrators to promote a supportive student experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably BS Hons or Master’s in a relevant field. Equivalent degrees will also be considered.
- Previous teaching experience, demonstrating familiarity with classroom management and instructional techniques.
- Strong knowledge of various teaching methodologies and the national curriculum related to English language education.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage classroom activities and engage with students, parents, and staff.
- A patient, resilient, and dedicated approach to teaching and student development.

Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: Rs18,000 to Rs25,000 per month
- Work Location: On-site (in person)
